Please allow your piercing to heal before attempting to change the jewelry.
Leave your jewelry in for the entire healing period. You do not need to remove jewelry to clean your piercing.
You may find that you need a shorter piece of jewelry once you are healed. We can assist in determining the size once you are healed.
We will always assist you in changing your jewelry!
1. Prevent Infection
Clean your piercing once a day with an antibacterial or antimicrobial soap in the shower. Rinse the piercing well to avoid dryness
2. Soften & Soak
Use sterile saline solution, a piercing aftercare spray, or a sea salt soak in order to gently soak off plasma/crust once a day. You may delicately use the corner of a paper towel to wipe away the softened plasma.
3. Leave It Alone
Leave your piercing alone at all other times. It is possible to over-clean, so remember that the less contact, the better.

What To Expect:
What Not To Do
1. Do Not Touch Your Piercing
Only touch your piercing when you are cleaning it with freshly washed hands. Do not force the jewelry to move without prior soaking. This can interrupt your healing process.
2. Do Not Use Other Chemicals
Never use any alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or bactine on your piercings. This can result in damage to your tissue and/or the jewelry surface
3. Avoid Contact With Others
Your piercing is considered an open wound until fully healed. Avoid rough play, oral contact, as well as contact with others bodily fluids.
